Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
- The item is returned in its original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged or defective).
- Customized or personalized products.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your Order Number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the package (if damaged)
We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only for damaged or incorrect products, subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), return shipping charges will be borne by Styled by Krisha.
- For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if the item meets our return policy.
